Victory UAV (formerly known as A3UAV Pilot Training) provides training courses to get you certified as a UAV drone operator. They offer the most current and up-to-date Transport Canada guidelines, ensuring that their clients meet all the requirements to operate a drone legally in Canada.

The Challenge

A3UAV (now Victory UAV) had a major problem. Their old existing website was low-performing, breaking down often, and losing key connections to their core services. In addition, their previous development team left them in a mess that they were not willing to clean up (even after A3UAV had already paid an arm & a leg for their services). They needed help, and they needed it fast. Part of this involved a very heavy rebrand strategy where they needed to legally rebrand their name to their new name, Victory UAV.

The Solution

After careful analysis, the Beanstalk! Growth Marketing team put together a plan to help A3UAV get their services back online and producing more sales! First, we proposed migrating their core service offerings from their existing platform to a platform that was mobile and user-friendly, and inexpensive to use. Secondly, our team developed a high-quality and aesthetically pleasing website that would then be used for high-performing lead & sales generation. Then, our team put together a paid marketing sales campaign to generate platform sign up and sales. How’s it working? Victory UAV is now one of Canada’s leading UAV training platforms!
