We are looking for a content/copywriter to join our team!

The role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong research skills, and the ability to produce engaging copy with persuasive messaging.

A background in journalism or creative writing is helpful but not required – we’re more interested in your passion for words than your degree.

We need someone who can turn complex concepts into clear, compelling copy that’s not only well-written but also on brand. The candidate should be someone who can work with our team to produce everything from engaging blog posts and social media content to press releases – whatever it takes to help our clients meet their marketing goals.

We are looking for someone who is a strong writer with an eye for detail and a firm grasp of grammar. You should be creative, able to work within branding guidelines, and can work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects on the go at once. You should be comfortable working with different types of digital media including social media channels such as Facebook and Twitter. Trello & Slack experience is a bonus!

  • Conducting content research and copy development
  • Collaborating with internal teams to produce engaging, on-brand material such as blog posts, website content, white papers, press releases, case studies, and social media posts
  • Creating content for social media channels as well as blog post ideas or material to be used on the agency’s website.
  • Writing original articles and website pages that are optimized for search engines (SEO)
  • Reading up on industry trends so you can link back to our clients’ websites where appropriate
  • Participating in team brainstorming sessions to help our teams come up with new ideas for content and campaigns
  • Taking on projects as needed – everything from editing to proofreading to ghostwriting
  • Fluent in speaking and typing English

Social Media Manager

We are looking for a social media manager to join our team. We want someone who is creative and organized. You will be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, creating graphics and/or coordinating with our graphics team using titles and descriptions written by our copywriting team, and tracking analytics.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who is familiar with social media algorithms and requirements, is able to work with Facebook business manager & scheduler, and navigate platforms such as Slack, Trello, and Google Drive. You also need to be able to research trends, hashtags, and keep up-to-date with popular culture.

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, motivated to learn new skills, and up-to-date on social media trends.

Digital Ad Specialist / Account Strategist

We are looking for an Ad Operations Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for trafficking digital media channels, testing and launching ad creatives, and monitoring delivery to perform necessary optimizations and reporting as needed.

Working closely with Account Managers and Digital Media Planners, the chosen candidate will ensure effective delivery of digital media plans and drive the day-to-day execution & optimization of digital ad delivery to meet client expectations for a broad spectrum of advertiser accounts.

  • Campaign Management
    • Developing & managing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and more)
    • Setting up & executing campaigns
    •  Running A/B testing for a variety of ad creatives
    • Ensuring that campaigns launch on time and are fully executed according to the media plans
    • Routine optimization of campaigns
    • Managing campaign budgets
      • Using best practices to pace budget and optimize for performance where necessary
    • Complete quality assurance and testing of creative assets to ensure proper functionality across all browsers & devices
      • Ensuring ad creative adheres to technical specifications and troubleshoot creative issues that affect implementation, tracking, and/or reporting
      • Providing recommendations and solutions to quickly resolve technical issues
  • Reporting
    • Working with our tracking and analytics team to track, measure, and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, including coordinating detailed performance reports and proposing optimization strategies
    • Working with our tracking and analytics team, along with the web development team, to create and manage Pixel and tag integrations.
    • Identifying trends and opportunities for the managed campaigns and presenting your findings and results
  • Consulting
    • Exploring & providing consulting about other growth marketing channels, including affiliate, influencer marketing, and emerging channels
    • Staying current with and on top of new technology and changes in the paid media space, providing consulting on changes within this space as they occur
  • Communication
    • Maintaining proactive communications regarding account status across multiple account stakeholders including sales and senior management
  • Fluent in speaking and typing English
  • 1-2 years agency or client-side experience in digital ad management
  • A strong understanding of advertising platform capabilities and metrics, KPIs such as click-through rate, viewability, engagement rate, etc.
  • Proven track record running paid social media and search campaigns for companies/brands based on strategies and KPIs
  • Experience executing paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads (mandatory), Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest as a bonus
  • Experienced with conversion tracking
  • Experience adjusting ad spend in order to achieve KPIs
  • Has knowledge of broad match strategies, broad match modifiers, negative keywords, look-alike audiences, retargeting, and other campaign management tools.
  • Pro-active and passionate about digital marketing, data-driven decision making, and paid ad strategy
