We’re on the hunt for a dynamic individual with a passion for data analysis with a knack for advertising conversion tracking and maintenance to step into the exciting position of Ads Analyst and Tracking Specialist. Your expertise will shine as you meticulously track and analyze ad performance, working alongside our project managers and advertising specialists to ensure our campaigns deliver maximum impact.   • Conduct in-depth analysis of advertising campaign performance using various analytics tools.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to optimize ad strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including web dev, media design, and creative, to align advertising strategies with overall client needs.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to understand the client’s unique needs.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into campaign performance.
  • Support the execution of paid digital advertising and tag management across multiple campaigns.
  • Implement tracking tools to better understand audience behavior and interests.
  • Identify and optimize conversion touchpoints for use in client campaigns (e.g., call tracking, form tracking, purchase tracking) to improve efficiencies within digital campaigns.
  • Analyze online user behavior, conversion data, customer journey, funnel analysis, and multi-channel attribution.
  • Place and verify pixels to ensure proper campaign tracking and accurate reporting, including setting up and installing pixel events.
  • Maintain and ensure proper implementation of cross-platform and cross-device digital analytics tooling.
  • Promote a culture of user-centric, data-driven decision-making, and advocate customer experience best practices.
  • Stay up to date with the latest paid trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative thinking to paid strategies.
  • Fluent in speaking and typing English.
  • At least 2 years of agency or client-side experience in digital ad management.
  • Advanced knowledge of domain and server-side tracking.
  • Extensive experience working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Extensive knowledge of advertising platform capabilities and metrics, KPIs such as click-through rate, viewability, engagement rate, etc.
  • Knowledge of broad match strategies, broad match modifiers, negative keywords, look-alike audiences, retargeting, and other campaign management tools. 
  • Results-oriented – strong focus on achieving revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals. 
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership. You identify what needs to be done and have a bias toward action and efficiency.
  • Highly analytical, and detail-oriented with strong business acumen and foresight.
  • Experience working with Google Data Studio.
  • Experience executing paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Understand and execute programmatic media buying strategies.
  • Have experience with PM platforms such as Trello and/or Asana.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and Web debugging tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEO components.
