Digital Advertising Specialist

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual with exceptional analytical and strategic skills to rock the role of our next Digital Advertising Specialist. In this role, you’ll be a key player in our success story, working closely with our account managers and digital media planners. You’ll autonomously drive the day-to-day execution & optimization of digital ad delivery to meet client expectations for a broad spectrum of advertiser accounts such as construction, law, real estate, and more.

  • Develop, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and more).
  • Run A/B testing for a variety of ad creatives.
  • Ensure that campaigns launch on time and are fully executed according to the media plans, including routine optimization of campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets using best practices to pace budget and optimize for performance where necessary.
  • Complete quality assurance and testing of creative assets to ensure proper functionality across all browsers & devices.
  • Ensure ad creative adheres to technical specifications and troubleshoot creative issues that affect implementation, tracking, and/or reporting.
  • Work with our tracking and analytics team to track, measure, and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, including coordinating detailed performance reports and proposing optimization strategies
  • Working with our web development team to create and manage Pixel and tag integrations.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for the managed campaigns and present your findings and results.
  • Maintain proactive communications regarding account status across multiple account stakeholders including sales and senior management.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Demonstrated 1-2 years of agency or client-side experience in digital ad management.
  • A robust understanding of advertising platform capabilities and metrics, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate, viewability, and engagement rate.
  • Proven track record in executing paid social media and search campaigns for companies/brands, aligning with established strategies and KPIs.
  • Mandatory experience in running paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads; additional experience with Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest is a bonus.
  • Proficient in conversion tracking and skilled in adjusting ad spend to achieve KPIs.
  • Knowledgeable in broad match strategies, broad match modifiers, negative keywords, look-alike audiences, retargeting, and other campaign management tools.
  • Proactive and passionate about digital marketing, emphasizing data-driven decision-making and paid ad strategy.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to complete tasks with precision and care, along with a proven problem-solving ability.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Excel and/or Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio.
  • Understand and execute programmatic media buying strategies
  • Have experience with PM platforms such as Trello and/or Asana
  • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and Web debugging tools
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEO components
