We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual with exceptional sales and relationship-building skills to rock the role of our next Sales and Account Manager. In this role, you’ll be a key player in our success story, working closely with our President and CEO. You’ll have the freedom to use your skills and sales strategies while managing a diverse portfolio of clients in industries like construction, law, real estate, and more.

  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients and foster enduring relationships, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Tailor strategies and solutions to align with clients’ goals, objectives, and business requirements.
  • Independently manage initiatives both internally and externally.
  • Oversee multiple client accounts concurrently, ensuring satisfaction, success, and accurate record-keeping through our Sales and Marketing and CRM system, Trello.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing regular insights to clients and management teams.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our internal teams of designers, developers, writers, and analysts—to ensure project execution and delivery are on track.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Meet monthly sales targets by actively identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
  • Retain and upsell agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Proven track record in the account management or sales industry, with additional bonus points for experience within the dynamic realm of digital marketing.
  • Display a basic foundation of knowledge in Branding and Identity, Website Design and Development, paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Social Ads), SEO strategies, and Social Media management.
  • Showcase self-motivation, proactivity, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of strong rapport and trust with clients.
  • Demonstrate outstanding project management and organizational abilities, characterized by meticulous attention to detail and exceptional note-taking skills.
  • Exhibit a results-oriented mindset with a remarkable history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Proficiently utilize tools such as Microsoft Suite and Google Drive, etc
  • Excel in professional email communication, consistently delivering exceptional quality and tone.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, displaying the ability to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
  • Exhibit a genuine passion for the field of digital marketing, consistently seeking opportunities for learning and growth.
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or demonstrate equivalent work experience).
  • Has experience in Project Management tools such as Trello, Slack, etc
